At Eshoham Foundation, we value your support and contributions to our spiritual and charitable missions. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds.
All donations made to the Eshoham Foundation are considered voluntary and are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicated transaction), please contact us within 7 days for a refund request at info@eshohamfoundation.org.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our spiritual library, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Refunds for book purchases will be processed to the original payment method upon receipt of the returned item.
Cancellations for yoga camps or spiritual workshops and retreats are eligible for a full refund if requested at least 14 days before the event start date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may incur a cancellation fee or be eligible for credit towards future events.
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
